Ink Train Cleaning System

The spray bars are situated and mounted in the ink train. The spray bars distribute cleaning agents evenly over the adjacent rollers. The fluid is sprayed through a number of nozzles mounted on the bars. The existing scraper blade mounted in the press removes the ink residue and cleaning agent. The cleaning process of all the ink form rollers is a question of minutes.
