Baldwin Tower Clean concept
The Tower clean concept targets the single wide press users where justification of cleaning systems and other accessories is difficult. The concept enables the printer to invest in a starter package and then extend the automation and systems as needed.

The different combination with the Tower Clean System
Alternative A - The blanket will be cleaned when the applicator applies solvent to the web during impression on. At the same time the spray bar will add dampening water to increase the cleaning effect.

Alternative B - To increase the cleaning result of this application, just add the Brush cleaner.

Alternative C - The blanket will be cleaned by using the Spray Cleaner, producing unparalleled dampening performance with cleaning agent and water.

Alternative D - Increased cleaning results by adding the Brush cleaner. In all four cases the Ink Train Cleaner and the Guide Roller Cleaner can be added as options.
