High performance Spray Dampening Systems

The system has patented valves allowing a higher spraying cycle frequency, delivery of precise water volumes, and uniform dampening of the plate cylinder. An extremely short reaction time means the required dampening level is reached quickly. Baldwin valve and nozzle assemblies now incorporate the use of U-59, a stable sealing material that withstands ink and blanket wash chemistry, thus making it possible to operate the spray dampening system in a closed loop with a dampening solution recovery. The U-59 also allows precision never before seen in spray dampening systems. Among the benefits are less environmental impact and more effective dampening.
