FILM CYLINDER CLEANING
The cleaning system removes traces and deposits from cylinder surfaces that occur during the film extrusion process. With this automatic cylinder cleaning process, no manual work is needed and the risk of accidents is reduced to a minimum. This will improve your safety aspect from the first minute. It cleans without risk of scratching the cylinder. Cylinder cleaning will be conducted during the film manufacturing without interrupting the extrusion process by means of a solvent and cloth (Baldwin approved solution). The spray is distributed with high precision, resulting in no mist or drop formation. For the FilmCylinderCleaning there are special Baldwin lint-free cloth types available that efficiently absorbs the dirt and fluids from the cylinder surface to assure continued production with a high film quality.
